GATE PROJECT

On November 5th 2022 we launched the gate project. In its first phase we began with the Wangari Maathai Gate and Joseph Kang'ethe Gate. The project was a part of the Estate's ongoing effort to brand ourselves which would help to better inter-community relations as well as improve the safety of residents by being able to man the movements by motorists on the access points.  The gate is 5.2m(17ft) tall and 13m(42ft) wide, with a double-hinged design to provide a wider opening. It will also allow for Gate House next to it in the near future.  We hope to follow through with the construction of the other 3 gates as envisioned in our plans,

We anticipate that at its completion it will be a huge step particularly in-line with our ambitions.
