GOLF VIEW ESTATE RESIDENT'S ASSOCIATION

Control Development Project is an initiative of the residents through the Planning and Development Committee chaired by Architect Daniel Mwaura, that began in 2021, to monitor projects under construction to ensure that new development meet stipulated regulations outlined in the lease conditions of plots within the Estate.

On November 5th 2022 we launched the gate project. In its first phase we began with the Wangari Maathai Gate and Joseph Kang'ethe Gate. The project was a part of the Estate's ongoing effort to brand ourselves which would help to better inter-community relations as well as improve the safety of residents by being able to man the movements by motorists on the access points.
